In the rhythm of the needles, there is music for the soul

Crafting Change is a blog about socially conscious crafting. This can mean different things to different people but for us it means anything crafty that also is also good for us, good for our society or good for our planet. These can include craftivism (activism through craft), community projects, recycling, repurposing, mending, and making things because it helps us to be more healthy in our minds and bodies. Occasionally it might also just be about making nice, pretty things.

I love to make things and I especially value the community and sharing that comes with crafting. This is about making things together, sharing ideas and skills, and the power that we have to make change happen.
